Good location was perhaps one of the best plus points that I could find in this hotel. Other than that, it was not a pleasant stay. I was greeted with a room with a filthy ceiling fan, and broken door handles. The AC kept going on and off. The AC temperature had to be controlled by calling the reception. There was no AC control system available in the room. Hot water for bathing is available only in the morning. Restaurant staff was totally uncooperative. Hence, I opted not to eat there inspite of having a free breakfast offer. They changed my room late in the night after rectifying many of the above, but it displayed poor housekeeping and untrained staff. There was no senior GM who could address the issues. Would not like to repeat the experience.

I supposed to book over online but the deal got closed,I went to directly but they charged more, but hotel environment always looks like dark.Room is just ok ,but bathroom need to maintain properly.,....

Stayed here for 2 nights and didn't face any problem, the restaurant person needs to pay more attention. Also, the FO person should ask whether you need a newspaper or not, I couldn't read on both days but was lying in my room. Also, I use one towel for 2-3 days but just after 1 day of usage it was changed, I don't know how to ask because for the whole day I was outside of the hotel. Manager please look into this issue as you will be saving water and cost both. The whole world is moving towards sustainability.

One of the worst restaurants to visit. It was my parents marriage anniversary and we happened to go there since there are very few vegetarian restaurants in kurnool. Earlier they were serving good and were hygienic enough. But during lunch hours, the atmosphere turns out chaotic and the place gets too much smelly mostly because of the way they organise buffets. The worst part is there’s always serving delay and waiters get u something else instead of what you order. Highly improper and irresponsible management. I would advice not to keep this restaurant as a main option. Breakfast, tea or snack should be okay.
